How our tournament lobby works

Our tournament area groups events by game type, start time and scoring method, so you do not need to hunt through the full lobby. You can find Pragmatic Play slot races, PG Soft score chases, Evolution live table events and Spribe-style crash contests with rules shown before entry. Each event card explains round length, ranking method and reward timing.

ROUND HELP

Help during tournament rounds

Tournament support is built around active play problems, not general questions. If a score looks delayed, an event card disappears, or a rule panel is unclear, you can reach us with the event name ready.

Team online

Score check

Send us the tournament name, game title and round time if your score looks late. We check event logs against provider results before updating any ranking.

Entry issue

If an entry button does not respond, tell us the device, browser and event code. We look at closing time, eligibility and room status first.

Rule query

For rule questions, share the event card name and the section you are reading. We explain scoring, tie handling and reward timing in plain English.

FAIR RUN

How we run fair tournaments

We keep tournament scoring tied to provider round data, visible rules and event clocks. That means rankings come from eligible rounds only, while expired or ineligible activity stays outside the tournament result.

Provider names shown

Each tournament room displays the game studio, such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution or Spribe, so you know which provider powers the event.

Rule panel first

Before you enter, the event card states scoring style, qualifying game, start time and finish time. We keep those rules attached to the tournament.

Round logs

Tournament scoring is matched against recorded round data, including title, time and result. This helps us check ranking questions without relying on memory.

Timer visibility

Active events show countdowns near the entry area. When a tournament closes, fresh rounds no longer count toward that event score.

Tie handling

Tie rules are shown on the event card where needed. We may use score, time reached or stated event order to separate equal rankings.

Reward posting

After an event ends, we run rule checks before rewards appear on eligible accounts. The event card tells you when posting is expected.

Our tournament flow beside others

A tournament should be easy to read before you join. We focus on visible rules, quick game access and clear ranking updates, so you can spend less time...

Clear event cards
Our cards show format, game, timer and scoring method together. You do not need to open several screens just to understand the event.
Game-linked entry
Tournament entry points sit beside eligible games. That keeps you from starting the wrong title and missing the score window by mistake.
Live rank refresh
Rank changes refresh during active events where provider data supports it. You can see whether your latest round has shifted your position.
Format separation
Slot races, table events and crash sprints are separated by format. This helps you compare pace before choosing a tournament type.
Short and long events
We list fast events beside longer contests, with closing times visible. You can match the tournament to your available session length.
Rule-based results
Event results follow the stated rule panel. Rounds outside the valid time, game or entry condition are not mixed into scoring.
Pakistan-ready wording
Tournament labels use clear Pakistani English, with direct terms for entry, score, rank and reward. That keeps the event card easy to scan.

Tournament questions before you join

Open the tournament page and check the active board. We show event type, eligible game, closing time and scoring method on the card before you enter.

No. Only rounds that match the tournament rules count. The game, event window and entry condition must all line up with the card.

Some provider results take a short moment to sync. If the delay continues, share the event name, game title and round time with support.

Many events allow late entry while the timer is still running. Check the card first, because some tournaments close entry before scoring ends.

Tie handling depends on the event rule. We may use score, time reached or another stated method, and the card explains this before entry.

Rewards are added after the event closes and rule checks are complete. The tournament card shows the expected posting window for eligible accounts.
